PSP Soup Entry Model
Not common — but when it forms, it’s one of the highest probability sequences in QT. A precision swing point, a soup, a sequential SMT, an entry. Four cracks in correlation stacked before you click.
Overview
This model stacks the PSP soup with a sequential SMT. The logic: a higher time frame PSP gets souped on one asset, and that soup itself creates a lower time frame sequential SMT. You enter off that SSMT. It’s fully fractal — the only thing that changes per cycle is which candle you’re watching.
The Sequence
-
Step 1 — PSP. A precision swing point forms across the triad (one asset closes bullish, one bearish, on a swing point).
-
Step 2 — Soup. Price runs the PSP high/low on one asset, not the other. Use asset strength to anticipate which: in a bearish PSP, the asset that closed bullish is the stronger one and is more likely to get run — expect the soup there.
-
Step 3 — Sequential SMT. That soup forms a sequential SMT on the immediate lower time frame. Drop down and confirm it.
-
Step 4 — Entry. Enter off the SSMT — tCISD is my entry. Stop on the PSP high/low or the SSMT invalidation. Target liquidity or a set RR.
Candle-to-Cycle Map
Each candle, when its PSP is souped, confirms a specific cycle’s SSMT — a single candle doesn’t always cover a full quarter, but the soup tells you which cycle you’re in.
| PSP Candle | Souped Drop To | Confirms |
|---|---|---|
| 6-Hour | 15-Min | Daily cycle SSMT |
| Daily | 1-Hour | Weekly cycle SSMT |
| Weekly | 4-Hour | Monthly cycle SSMT |
| 90-Min | 5-Min | 90-min cycle SSMT |
| 1-Hour | 5-Min | 90-min cycle (if PSP = prev 90-min Q extreme) |
| 15-Min | 1-Min | Micro cycle SSMT |
Four Cracks, One Entry
- PSP → soup → sequential SMT → entry. When all four line up with HTF order flow, it rarely fails. Rare to form — expect it once or twice a week — but worth the wait.
