SSMT + PSP + True Order Block
Three concepts. Three confirmation levels. One of the cleanest mechanical models in QT.
Overview
This model layers three cracks in correlation before the entry. Each confirmation reduces the probability of a bad trade. In line with HTF order flow, this model rarely fails.
Step-by-Step
Step 1 — Sequential SMT. Wait for an SSMT to form on your target time frame. The base. No SSMT, no setup.
Step 2 — Precision Swing Point. After the SSMT, look for a PSP on the same time frame. Ideally within 5–7 candles of the SSMT.
Step 3 — True Order Block. Drop one time frame lower. Within the PSP candle (candle 2), find the final opposing candle. Mark its open. Wait for a close above/below to validate. Entry at the retest.
Entry & Risk
-
Entry: retest of the TOB with a small rejection. Can also use the first gap after TOB validation.
-
Stop: PSP high/low, or swing high/low inside the TOB for a tighter stop.
-
Target: HTF draw on liquidity. Previous session/day high or low.
-
If a PDA (gap, OB) overlaps with the TOB, probability significantly increases.
-
Scale entry: once inside the TOB on 5-min, drop to 1-min for micro confirmation.
SSMT + PSP + TOB = three independent cracks in correlation pointing at the same level. Stack them. Trust them. Stop second-guessing them.
