• Premium Membership: Monthly subscription including live trading sessions, daily/weekly analysis, indicators, A-Z guide, premium Discord channels, and direct mentor access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

4. Educational Purpose Only — Not Financial Advice

All content provided through Oracle Insights is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

You are solely responsible for:

• Conducting your own due diligence
• Understanding the risks involved in trading

Trading futures, forex, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not indicate future results.

5. Payments

We accept payment via card (processed through Stripe/Whop), cryptocurrency, and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and exclude any applicable taxes.

By making a purchase, you:

• Authorise us to charge the selected payment method
• Confirm the payment details you provide are accurate
• Agree to pay all applicable fees

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

This is why we provide a comprehensive free A-Z Quarterly Theory guide and free Discord community — so you can fully evaluate our approach and content quality before any paid commitment.

This policy applies to all paid products including:

• Oracle+ Suite subscriptions
• A-Z Trading Guide purchases
• Premium Membership subscriptions
• Any other paid offering

You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for past payments.

This refund policy is consistent with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content where you have agreed to immediate access (which applies to all of our Services).

7. Access and Delivery

Upon successful purchase, you'll receive instant access to your purchased content:

• TradingView indicator invites
• A-Z guide PDF download
• Discord premium role
• Any other tools associated with your plan

8. Account and Conduct

When using our community (Discord), you agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward other members
• Not share, leak, or redistribute paid content (indicators, guides, premium materials)
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Not use the community for promotion or spam
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these conduct standards, without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Oracle Insights — including indicators, guides, videos, written content, branding, and software — is owned by Oracle Insights or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use purchased content for your personal trading use only.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share any paid content
• Reverse engineer or copy our indicators
• Use our content in your own commercial products or services
• Reproduce content for public distribution

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (TradingView, Discord, Whop, Stripe, PayPal). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oracle Insights and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses from trading decisions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or opportunity
• Service interruptions, errors, or downtime

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

12. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any specific trading outcome will be achieved
• Content will be accurate or up to date at all times

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

You may terminate your subscription or stop using our Services at any time. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
