Oracle Insights operates a no-refund policy on all paid products and services. This includes:
- Oracle+ Suite (Indicator subscriptions)
- A-Z Trading Guide (one-time purchase)
- Premium Membership subscriptions
- Any other paid offering
Why This Policy Exists
Our products consist of digital content delivered instantly upon purchase. Once you access our indicators, guides, or premium community, the content cannot be "returned."
To help you make a fully informed decision before purchasing, we offer:
- The complete A-Z Quarterly Theory guide — completely free, no email gate beyond signup
- Free Discord community — open to anyone, see our content and approach firsthand
- Free educational content across YouTube, Instagram, and X
We strongly encourage you to use these free resources to evaluate whether Oracle Insights is the right fit for you before any paid commitment.
Statutory Rights (UK Consumers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, this right is excluded when:
- You consent to immediate access to the digital content
- You acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel by doing so
By completing your purchase and accessing the content, you explicitly agree to these terms and waive your 14-day cancellation right.
Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then. No refunds will be issued for previously charged subscription payments.
To cancel a subscription, manage it directly through your Whop account or contact us at hello@oracleinsights.com.
Exceptions
In rare cases of duplicate charges, technical errors that prevent content access, or other issues clearly caused by us, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Contact us immediately if you believe you've been charged in error.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your access and a permanent ban from all Oracle Insights products and community channels.
