Less Is More — The One Shift That Changes Everything
The most important video I've ever made. 3 AM in Thailand. Completely raw. This is what actually changed my trading — and it's not what most people want to hear.
Everything
The most important video I’ve ever made. 3 AM in Thailand. Completely raw. This is what actually changed my trading — and it’s not what most people want to hear.
Where Simplicity Applies
Less is more — but specifically for the entry model. Two to three concepts maximum. One is fine. The entry model should be mechanical, simple, and the same every time. The hard part — reading price action, understanding narrative, knowing where price is going — that is where you put your time and effort.
What to Study Hard
-
Daily candle closures — continuation, reversal, consolidation.
-
Higher time frame SSMT and where it puts in the high or low of the cycle.
-
What happens when price closes above/below a higher time frame gap or order block.
-
Premium and discount — previous HTF quarter range. Expensive or cheap?
-
Narrative: why is price here? Where is it trying to go? Is there a reason to turn?
The Patient Trader
When I’m streaming live and I’m bearish, price will sometimes put up a bullish model right in front of everyone. People ask why I’m not taking it. Because the real move is lower. There are 5–6 tCISDs in my window every day. I take one — the one that aligns with my bias. The other four or five go past and I don’t move. That restraint is what separates good traders from great ones.
The Whole Game
- Simple model. Ability to read price action. Specific time window. Simple life. That combination is not complicated. It is just rare — because most people aren’t willing to do the boring work of being consistent.
