Official Rules — Oracle Insights Weekly Giveaway

These Official Rules ("Rules") govern the Oracle Insights Weekly Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Promoter

The Giveaway is promoted by [Your Registered Business Name], trading as Oracle Insights, of [Your Registered Business Address, UK] ("Promoter," "we," "us," or "our"). Contact: contact@oracleinsights.io.

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any prop trading firm whose evaluation account is offered as a prize. All prop firm names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• Are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher);
• Are legal residents of a country where free prize draws of this nature are permitted by law;
• Are not residents of any jurisdiction where the Giveaway would be void, prohibited, or restricted (including, without limitation, where local law prohibits participation by residents);
• Are not employees, contractors, agents, immediate family members, or household members of the Promoter, or of any prop firm whose product is offered as a prize.

It is the entrant's sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Promoter accepts no liability for entries submitted from jurisdictions where the Giveaway is restricted.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway runs in weekly cycles. Each weekly entry period opens at 00:01 GMT on Sunday and closes at 23:59 GMT on the following Friday. Winners for each weekly cycle are drawn on the following Saturday.

The Promoter reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate any entry period without prior notice.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the entry form located at oracleinsights.io (the "Entry Form") in full. A valid entry requires:

• First name and last name;
• A valid email address you have access to;
• Country of residence;
• Acceptance of these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.

Phone number is optional. Providing a phone number authorises the Promoter to contact you by SMS regarding the Giveaway only.

Limit: one (1) entry per person per weekly cycle. Multiple entries from the same individual, email address, IP address, or household within a single weekly cycle will be disqualified. Use of bots, scripts, automated entry methods, or any attempt to manipulate the Giveaway will result in immediate and permanent disqualification.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, fraudulent, or that do not comply with these Rules will be void.

5. Prizes

Each weekly cycle, the Promoter will award one or more prizes consisting of a prop firm evaluation account ("Prize"). The specific Prize(s) for each weekly cycle will be announced on the Giveaway page and may include, but are not limited to:

• Apex Trader Funding evaluation accounts;
• Tradeify evaluation accounts;
• Alpha Futures evaluation accounts;
• Lucid Trading evaluation accounts;
• Or evaluation accounts from other prop firms at the Promoter's discretion.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of each Prize ranges from $50 to $500 USD depending on the firm and account size.

Prize conditions:

• Each Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
• Each Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing prop firm, including but not limited to their rules on drawdown, profit targets, conduct, KYC verification, and payout. The winner must independently meet the prop firm's eligibility requirements.
• The Promoter does not guarantee that any winner will pass the evaluation, receive a funded account, or receive any payout from the prop firm.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any change, suspension, or termination of the prop firm's programme after the Prize has been awarded.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion if the original Prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the weekly cycle. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter using a verifiable random selection method.

Winners will be notified by email to the address provided on the Entry Form within 72 hours of the draw. Winners will also be announced publicly on the Oracle Insights Discord server and may be announced on Oracle Insights social media channels.

Winners must respond to the notification and confirm acceptance of the Prize within 7 days of being notified. If a winner does not respond within this period, fails to meet any eligibility requirement, or otherwise cannot be contacted, they will forfeit the Prize and the Promoter reserves the right (but is not obliged) to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered electronically (typically by activation code, account credit, or direct purchase by the Promoter on behalf of the winner) within 14 days of winner confirmation. Delivery method depends on the issuing prop firm's policies.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate information required by the prop firm to activate the Prize, including identification documents for KYC where required.

8. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, levies, or charges (including income tax) arising from receipt of the Prize, in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. The Promoter will not deduct or withhold any tax on behalf of winners.

9. Publicity

By accepting a Prize, the winner grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use their first name, last initial, country of residence, and any submitted testimonial or photograph for promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway and Oracle Insights, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners may opt out of publicity by written request to contact@oracleinsights.io at the time of Prize acceptance.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected during entry is processed in accordance with the Oracle Insights Privacy Policy, available at oracleinsights.io/privacy. By entering, you consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and processing your information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and, where you have opted in, for marketing communications.

You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@oracleinsights.io, subject to the Promoter's right to retain records necessary to demonstrate compliance with these Rules and applicable law.

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who:

• Tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway;
• Acts in breach of these Rules;
• Acts in a manner the Promoter considers to be disruptive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Engages in conduct that brings the Promoter or Oracle Insights into disrepute.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Promoter accepts no liability for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or not received for any reason.
• The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered by any entrant or winner as a result of entering the Giveaway or accepting any Prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence and where liability cannot be excluded by law.
• The Promoter is not responsible for the actions or conduct of any prop firm, including any refusal to activate, delay in delivering, or termination of any Prize.
• Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

13. Trading Risk Disclaimer

The Prizes offered are evaluation accounts for prop trading firms. Trading financial instruments — including futures, forex, and other leveraged products — carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of all capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing in this Giveaway, on the Oracle Insights website, or in any associated communication constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Winners should seek independent professional advice before trading.

14. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.
• If any provision of these Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• These Rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and the Promoter in relation to the Giveaway.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Rules and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any such disputes, save where the entrant is a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence under applicable law.

16. Winners List

A list of weekly winners (first name, last initial, country) is available on request by emailing contact@oracleinsights.io within 30 days of the relevant draw, and is also posted on the Oracle Insights Discord server.
